to show Love or to Remember a loved one!
Honour a loved one with a glowing butterfly
Dedicate a luminous butterfly in memory of someone special. Each of the 500 glowing butterflies will be lovingly installed along the riverside railings in Halling, each with a personalised label featuring the name of your loved one, creating a breathtaking display of light and remembrance.

Join us to see the full display shine at The Bluebell Circle’s Lights of Love & Remembrance Walk on Saturday 22 November 2025, where all 500 butterflies will illuminate the night until Sunday 4 January 2026.

If you’ve purchased a butterfly but can’t attend the event, don’t worry - a photo of every butterfly will be shared on our social media pages. You’ll also receive an email 48 hours before the event confirming the section where your butterfly is displayed, so you can spot it easily.

Please note: You will not receive a physical butterfly or label. Your butterfly will remain on display for you to visit during this period. If you would like to collect it afterwards, butterflies will be available to collect from the riverside railings (in Halling) between 9am and 10am on Sunday 4 January 2026.

The Bluebell Circle is a growing community of friends, neighbours and new connections - brought together by the beautiful Sofia Le Brunn-Healey who sadly passed away in March 2025.
Together, we’re creating something lasting and meaningful in memory of her and something joyful for the children and families of Halling for years to come.
